A small kitchen in Indore
Nitya Fresh is a home kitchen. Everything is fried in groundnut oil in batches small enough to keep an eye on, packed by hand, and delivered within the city.
Made weekly
We cook through the week and deliver on set days, so what reaches you was made a few days ago, not a few months ago.
Small batches
We make a limited quantity each week. When a batch is finished, it is finished until the next one.
Straightforward food
This is fried namkeen. What we control is the oil we use, how fresh it is, and what we leave out.
What we don't do
No preservatives, no artificial colour, no palm oil, and no year-old stock. We would rather run out on a Sunday than sell you something made last quarter — and some weeks we do run out.
